No Transfer Windows:
Make a huge profit from transfers (exact amount varies by club).
International Management:
Win an international competition while in charge of an international team.
A place on the Board:
Manage the same club for at least 10 seasons and get a number of wins that is proportionate to the clubs starting reputation.
Sugar Daddy:
Manage the same club for at least 2 seasons and also win a certain amount of cup competitions that is proportionate to the clubs starting reputation.
