First go to the sign contract choose an enemy if ypour character is pro then do your entrance then when it's already training time put it into aggresive then exit go to fight store exit again go back to training put it into aggresive again then change the training type on speed,power or balance I pefer balance cause it can add all types then press x it can be negative or positive but mostly positive points.
