To unlock Secret Epilogue Scene 222 you must first unlock ALL the Cosmos and Chaos Reports. The Cosmos Reports are unlocked by completing Shade Impulse: Chapter 4 with ALL Cosmos characters (except for Shantotto). To unlock the Chaos Reports you must use ALL Chaos characters (except for Gabranth) in the Duel Colosseum and each of them must have defeated a Boss car belonging to their Cosmos counterpart.

This feature becomes an available option when you have completed any Story mode once.
