Unlock The Emperor Mateus:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Cloud of Darkness:
Buy her for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Exdeath:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Garland:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Golbez:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Jecht:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Kefka:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.
Unlock Kuja:
Buy him for 500 PP in the shop.

Unlock Gabranth:
Complete his Story mode. Then buy him for 1,000 PP in the shop.
Unlock Shantoto:
Complete her Story mode. Then buy her for 1,000 PP in the shop.
