If you use Ee-lectric's special atack two times in a row against Uka-Uka you will be able to hijack him and destroy one of the three machines. But be careful: it will be harder to use the special atack two times in a row as you progress through this part of the level (the best way to use the atack two times in a row is by having the ee-lectric skin and hijacking a second ee-lectric after using the special atack for the first time)
