In order for you to Unlock the 3rd Espada, Halibel, You must get a Rank A or S on the Final mission against Ulquiorra before the Turn Back the Pendulum Arc, Then you'll unlock her fight, Beat her with Toshiro Hitsugaya, And you will unlock her.
