Conjuration - Cast Bound Sword in combat over and over

Illusion - Cast courage over and over on a guard

Destruction - Enchant armor and jewelry so that destruction spells cost 100% less to cast, then use expert or master level destruction spells over and over

Restoration - Walk into swinging axes or traps over and over and heal yourself

Alteration - Use telekinesis over and over or transmute mineral ore

Smithing - Craft iron daggers or jewelry

Enchanting - Use transmute mineral ore to make a ton of gold, then turn it into rings and enchant a bunch of them with petty soul gems

Alchemy - Craft potions of slow or invisibility

Speech - First, make a plethora of valuable potions. Restore the thieves guild to it's former glory so you have a ton of merchants in one place. Then sell, sell, sell

Block - Armor up, then walk up to a giant and keep blocking his attacks with a shield

Lockpicking - Obtain the skeleton key

Sneak - Shoot an enemy from a distance then hide and repeat
