Each of the different Spider-Man costumes has a unique ability, listed below are the different abilities, what they do and the costume you need to unlock to get it.

Web Blossom (unlocked with Classic Costume (Repaired))

Leap into the air and web everything in sight.

Battle Focus (unlocked with Advanced Costume)

Hybrid biomembrane rapidly generates Focus for a short time.

Sound of Silence (unlocked with Noir Costume)

Enemies no longer call for backup when alerted.

Holo Decoy (unlocked with Scarlet Spider Costume)

Experimental AR tech spawns multiple Holo Decoys that stun attacking enemies before decaying.

Bullet Proof (unlocked with Spider Armour - MK II Costume)

Magnetically polarised armour plating makes suit temporarily bullet-proof against ALL enemies, even snipers.

Arms Race (unlocked with Secret War Costume)

Discharges amplified EMP build-up to stun enemies and disable their weapons.

Spider Bro (unlocked with Stark Costume)

Calls in a Spider-Bro to temporarily aid in combat.

Negative Shockwave (unlocked with Negative Costume)

Synchronises nano-mesh particles to unleash a devastating wave of negative energy.

Electric Punch (unlocked with Electrically-Insulted Costume)

Kit bashed high-discharge capacitors temporarily electrify gauntlets electrifying enemies.

Rock Out (unlocked with Spider-Punk Costume)

Blasts enemies with waves of righteous sound.

King of the Ring (unlocked with Wrestler Costume)

Web Throw enemies without having to web them up.

Quad Damage (unlocked with Fear Itself Costume)

Assistive nano-musculature temporarily deals MASSIVE damage.

Blur Projector (unlocked with Stealth Costume)

Create a distortion field that can obscure you from non-alerted enemies' vision.

Titanium Alloy Plates (unlocked with Spider Armour - MK III Costume)

Dynamic semi-liquid smart metal crystallises to reflect all bullets, except for sniper rounds, back at shooters.

Low Gravity (unlocked with Spider-Man 2099 Black Costume)

Decrease gravity while in the air.

Iron Arms (unlocked with Iron Spider Costume)

Wreak havoc with four articulated arms made from rapidly grown mono-atomic iron alloy crystal.

Defence Shield (unlocked with Spider Armour - MK IV Costume)

Experimental magnetic weave generates an energy shield that temporarily absorbs all damage.

In total there are 27 different Spider-Man costumes which can be unlocked through story progress, side missions, and collectibles. Once you have unlocked a costume you can buy them with Research Tokens which you earn from completing the various collectibles and side activities. Most of the costumes have their own unique power, once a costume has been purchased you can use the power with any other unlocked costume. Note: The Undies costume requires 100% game completion.

At the lab at Octavius Industries there 10 Spectrograph Research Projects and 10 Circuit Projects you need to complete to unlock the Fixer-Upper Trophy. These projects are short puzzles that require you to find DNA sequencies and wire electric circuits. Successfully completing the projects will also earn you XP and Research Tokens. Additional projects become unlocked throughout the main story. Complete ALL story missions to unlock ALL projects. Once you have completed the story you will be able to return to the lab in Free-Roam mode to complete any missing projects. The video below will show you the solution to each of the project puzzles.

Once you have completed the 'Fisk Hidout Construction' mission once to unlock the Base Token rewards you will be able to go to Greenwich and replay the mission whenever you want. Each time you successfully complete it you will get the mission XP as well as an additional 2,500 XP after Spider-Man finishes talking to Yuri. Note: You do not have to complete the bonus objectives.

In total there are 12 Black Cat Stakeouts you need to complete to track down Black Cat. The video below will show you the locations and solutions to ALL of them. The first one is part of the story and unmissable, the remaining 11 get marked on th map which makes finding them self-explanatory. You must also find the Black Cat's hidden dolls which are scattered around the city. When you reach a photo spot the hidden dolls can be found in the viewable area. Once you have ALL the hidden dolls you will be able to track down Black Cat's hideout which will be shown to you on the map via a quest marker. Finding Black Cat's hideout will unlock the 'Dark Suit' and the 'Cat Prints' trophies.
