Once the school is unlocked you can do the following trick to get Experience points immediately. Teacher lets you train your Citizens by enrolling them in school and after a set amount of time they will emerge with a decent amount of Experience. However, if you don't want to wait you can go upstairs to Scientist and ask her to move time forward an hour. Although this is a handy alternative to grinding for Experience it cannot be relied on as it will drain your funds.

When you first encounter the Weather Lady tell her to make it rain and then walk off. When you do this you will recruit her in less than 5 minutes.

If you drive backwards on the Car Salesman Race and kill every other driver till the race count says 1/1 and then turn around and finish the race, you will win by default.

The Mascot can boost XP,he is also a proficient boss killer with his Swagger and Bravado abilities. Swagger does damage based on how high an enemy's current HP is. Bravado is based on how low the enemy's current HP is.

The Conspiracy Guy has Electrical, Hydro and Thermal attacks which make him very versatile. If you use the Expose and Unmask abilities you will be able to update the stats of enemies in the Almanac he carries around.
