Elite Four Siebold (Prize Money: p13,000)

LV63 Clawitzer (Water)

It has high sp attack stat that further increases the effectiveness of its special attacks like Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse and Water Pulse. It can also use Aura Sphere that will always hit the target. Hit it with a powerful electric attack to seize victory.

LV65 Barbaracle (Rock/Water)

This Pokemon has excellent attack and defense. It can dish high damage using Stone Edge and Cross Chop. It has average sp defense so use your own special super-effective attacks to knock it out.

LV63 Gyarados (Water/Flying)

Electric attacks is the best way to deal with this monster.(Which happens to be my personal favorite since Gen 1). Siebold's Gyarados is a physical attacker which is boosted by Dragon Dance. If not taken care of immediately, it will decimate its opponents with Ice Fang, Waterfall or Earthquake.

LV63 Starmie (Water/Psychic)

Starmie boasts high SP atk and defense stats and good defense as well. It will further increase its defense against SP attacks by deploying Light Screen. Depending on the Pokemon it is facing, it will abuse using Surf, Psychic or Dazzling Gleam.
