Team Aqua

The antagonist organization in this Pokemon Game is Team Aqua. Their goals are to awaken the Legendary Pokemon, in order to increase the oceans. It's up to you to stop them!

Team Aqua Locations:

#1 - Petalburg Woods:

The first time you cross paths with Team Aqua will be in the Petalburg Woods. You must defeat aTeam Aqua Grunt who is harassing a Devon Corporation Worker. They will have a Level 9 Poochyena.

#2 - Rusturf Tunnel:

The next time you face Team Aqua will be in the Rusturf Tunnel. You will face off with the same Team Aqua Grunt, who is again harassing someone. The still only have a Poochyena.

#3 - Oceanic Museum:

The next place you'll find Team Aqua will be at the Oceanic Museum. You will have to battle two grunts, but not the leader.

#4 - Meteor Falls:

The next time you see Team Aqua will be at Meteor Falls, trying to trick a Professor into giving them a meteorite.

#5 - Mt. Chimney:

After they get the meteorite, they will run off to Mt. Chimney. They are trying to activate the volcano using the Meteorite. You will be force to face many grunts as you make your way up. After doing so, you will face off with one of the Admins.

Aqua Admin Matt - Level 20 Carvanha, Level 20 Carvanha, Level 20 Zubat

After you defeat them, you will face off with their Leader for the first time.

Aqua Leader Archie - Level 24 Golbat, Level 24 Mightyena, Level 25 Sharpedo

#6 - Weather Institute:

The next place you'll find Team Aqua will be at the Weather Institute. They are trying to find out information on the weather. You will face off with another Admin.

Aqua Admin Shelly - Level 28 Mightyena and Level 28 Carvanha

#7 - Mt. Pyre:

The storyline has greatly increased by this time, and you'll find them next at Mt. Pyre. You will face off with many grunts, but they will get away with the Red Orb.

#8 - Aqua Hideout:

You will head to their Hidout, in pursuit to end their plans. You will face off with many grunts, before battling an Admin.

Aqua Admin Matt - Level 32 Mightyena, Level 32 Carvanha, Level 32 Sharpedo

The leader will escape, and head underwater near Sootopolis City.

#9 - Seafloor Cavern:

This is the final time you face off with Team Aqua. It is here you must finish them off once and for all, before they accomplish their goal. You will face off with numerous grunts, and then will face an Admin.

Aqua Admin Shelly - Level 38 Mightyena and Level 38 Sharpedo

After you defeat them, you will battle their Leader for the final time.

Aqua Leader Archie - Level 41 Mightyena, Level 41 Crobat, Level 43 Sharpedo

After you defeat them, you can face the Legendary Pokemon in the Cave of Origin.
