Introduction

This game is not a regular Pokemon game, in fact it's very unique. I believe the genre is a strategy game actually. You are suddenly a Pokemon and you rescue someone so you go around rescuing Pokemon from random dungeons. That's how your new journey begins.

Graphics

The graphics are pretty limited but in the most explosive times you really get the picture that you took 399 damage. You can usually understand what all the items lying around are, and you can clearly see what Pokemon are around you. The colorful places and Pokemon make it a bright experience.

Sound

The sound is o.k. But I wish there were Pokemon cries in this game... The sound is kinda' cheap but the music is really good. And the subtle loudness of "Self destruct" or a voltorb trap going off is really wicked. My conclusion: There should have been Pokemon cries.

Gameplay

The gameplay is awesome, with the same: level system, although you can only evolve once you beat the game so it's pretty funny beating the last boss as a first evolution. The Awesome skills, Same moves, same Pokemon each having the same moves and hard-to-get legendaries gives it an unmatchable charm. And once you beat the game, all the recruited (Instead of caught) Pokemon on your team you are then allowed to play as! So you get to play as legendaries if you have any!

Lastability

Since there are multiple dungeons in this game that you can revisit anytime, you can replay them over, and over again. You also don't level up as frequently as in most Pokemon games so getting all your Pokemon too 100 will keep you with this game a while. Not to mention, once you beat the main plot, more dungeons, (Which means more legendaries!) appear so you will always find some excuse to stick with this game.

Overall

This game is epic, cool, epic, different than the rest, colorful, epic, and explosive. And there's lots of different playable characters. That's all I would want in any video game I would play. So once again, I say it could do with Pokemon cries. That's The remaining 2 in my score. So do I like it? Bet on it. I love it.
