Full Review for Pokemon Heart Gold by kimmy456

Introduction

A Game that was recreated from Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal, some people always say that they are glad when something gets recreated cause it always turns out better than the original, that is not always the case but in this game I think that it is the case. So many things were improved when this game came out even though the story line and the basic game itself stayed the same.

Graphics

I give the graphics a 9 out of 10, the reason that I choose this score was because that I was impressed of how the graphics where improved from the original Silver, Gold and Crystal. In the original games the graphics seems like the old graphics you would see from back in the 90's. Coming out with a recreation of that game they implied technology to creating the graphics which game the game a 3D feel to it. Which was one thing I like seeing cause it made it very different than the originals.

Sound

I give sound 9 out of 10 cause since the original Gold version came out it seems that the sound in the game has been cleared up a lot and that they added new music into a mixture of what the old music was in the game. I liked the fact that they took some of the old and mixed it in with the new, but it also sounds a lot more clearer than the original games, which I believe is because of the technology they might have used to improve it.

Gameplay

Gameplay I liked a lot cause not only was HeartGold a recreation of the old Gold Version but it also brought in the story line that Crystal had for Suicune. Since there was only two new games that were recreated from the old Crystal, Gold and Silver they ended up putting the storyline from Crystal into the new games which I liked very much, it made everything more interesting and it added onto the story that was already in the game.

Lastability

I give the lastability 10 out of 10 cause it look me awhile to completely the story line but even though I did complete it I always would go back and replay the game from the beginning without being bored. Always trying to complete something new each time with the game. The duration that I was playing HeartGold for the first time it took me about a month or two and I'm still working on completing it all the way but that doesn't stop me from picking it up.

Overall

I do like Pokemon and I like the play all of the Pokemon games that I could possibly get, overall I will give this game a 10 out of 10 not only for my love of playing it but also because it was one of the best Pokemon games I would love to play over and over again and I probably never get tired of it. I could play this game over and over again, even though I could probably play the old Gold, Silver and Crystal Versions I'm glad that the creators of Gold, Silver and Crystal would be able create newer versions.
