To get the Cream Of The Crop achievement/trophy you must win all Factory Drive events for 3 manufacturers. In order to unlock the ability to the Factory Drive events you must drive the manufacturers vehicles in time trials, races, and events. Each requires an introductory event and then three fixed events in a specific manufacturer vehicle. Completing three of these you will unlock the achievement/trophy.
If you do Mercedes, it counts as two (Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG) which means you only need to do one more to meet the requirement of 3 manufacturers.
To get the Manual All The Way achievement/trophy you must complete a successful pit stop with manual control. In order to do this you must go to 'Options' and choose 'Gameplay', from there you need to scroll down and turn on 'Manual Pit Stops'. Return to the main menu and set up a custom race that has a few laps and a fast car.
Request a pit stop during the race and approach it with a speed of around 60 km/h. When you do so the pit limiter will automatically get engaged, and you will be able to taxi the car to your pit and stop in the box using your brakes. All you need to do now when you are ready to go is put the car into 1st gear holding the clutch and leave the pit lane. The achievement/trophy will become unlocked once you are back out on the track.
To get the May I Ask You Something achievement/trophy you must use the Race Engineer in Tuning Setup and make changes based off their recommendation. At the menu when you start a race select the 'Tuning Setup' option followed by 'Race Engineer'. You will now be given four options to tune (Downforce, Suspension, Braking, or Gearing). After choosing one you will be asked what the problem is with that particular part of the car. Select a problem, you will be asked to expand on the problem or go into more detail about it. On the next screen select one of the recommendation options to fix it, and you will unlock the achievement/trophy when you exit.
Always listen to the sound of the engine and use it as an indicator to change gears. Once you have learned the sound of the engine you will instinctively know when to change gear without looking at the HUD which will help you to stay focused on the track. To identify the sound the engine makes when you need to change gear you need to find the point where the car is using maximum power. On most cars this tends to the time just before the redline.
Make sure you always know what gear you are in, so you can avoid having to keep your eye on HUD to check to see if it is the correct one. If you count the gears as you go up and do the same as you go back down you will not be distracted by continuously checking to see what gear you are in and will be able to give your full attention to driving fast and precise around the track.
