The following video will show you how to complete Memory Sequence 4 in under 9 minutes and get this trophy. To be successful you should run at all times and in the climbing sections press X to go quicker. The fastest way to kill enemies is to throw a smoke bomb, then perform an assassination while sliding under them. Note: you can restart the checkpoint if you took too long and it will not add to your time.
The following video will show you how to complete Memory Sequence 9 in under 6 minutes to get this trophy along with the 'increased Smoke Ammo' upgrade. The key to saving time and being successful is to jump instead of run. Note: cutscenes do not add to your time and there is no penalty for restarting checkpoints.
The video below will show you how by acitivating eagle vision you can easily clear the Mortar Guards in Memory Sequence 8 without taking any damage to get this trophy.
To get this Trophy you must have 100 enemies pass by you whilst using Helix Blend. The best place to attempt to get this Trophy is in Memory Sequence 7 of New Game Plus (second playthrough). When you reach the first checkpoint you will encounter 4 enemies coming out a door. If you jump in front of the door before they spawn and press Trianlge to blend in with the background and become invisible you will be able to get this Trophy easily.
The video below will show you how to complete Memory Sequence 11 without being seen and get this Trophy. However if you are seen the enemy vision cone will turn yellow or red and you have to restart the checkpoint. You can throw fire crackers and noise darts to distract enemies but do not throw daggers at them as they will automatically detect you if you do.
The following video will show you how to escape the burning port in under 5 minutes and get this trophy. Use only slide and jump assassinations to kill enemies.
