To perform this glitch create a player and get some Experience points to spend on your skills in Online, Career or Tournament mode. Then go to the 'Player Area' menu and select 'Player Evolution'. Highlight any skill and press X. Spend your Experience points and press X. Press X again, remove the Experience points you just spent, then press Circle. If you have done it correctly the selected skill will still have the Experience points you spent, but they can now be used again. This glitch can be repeated until your player has ALL his skills at the maximum value.
