Okay to do this yo need to have competed all of the crusader quests and killed Umaril. You will find yorself in the chapel undercroft. When you leave, the knight will say "we have to tell the others your alive!". You have to get upstairs and outside before him. You wll see all of the knights outside awell as a wood elf named brellin. Let him into the order and then tell him to follow you. I don't know if you can ever get rid of him, but he is usefull.
