First complete the story mode, Then go to your apartment and select "Go to city" then select time of day to night, swing around the city to easily locate the last remaining comic pages that are scattered throughout the city. I found this easier at night time because you can see them flashing more easily all you have to do is swing and web rush to get them fast.
