Unlock Dan Hibiki as a Playable Character:
Highlight Donovan at the 'Character Select' screen and press Down.
Unlock Evilot as a Playable Character:
Highlight Morrigan at the 'Character select' screen and then press Down.
Unlock Anita as a Playable Character:
