First, Enter cheese in the cheat-phone-thing(the money cheat). Then, you can go on your phone and go to upgrades and upgrade anything you want to(on the phone where it says upgrades the number is how many upgrades are left). There are many upgrades like unlimited ammo, health, and sprint. Have fun!!!
