Meradeurs are people that have lived on Mars for some time. They are Neutral. They are neither Red Faction or EDF, but they will still kill you. These guys are pretty sweet but pretty deadly as well. To see them, go in the middle of no where near the badlands and make sure you bring a Vehicle. Now that your'e here, start beating up your car. If you listen closely, you will here a yodel or something and the music will change. This is Meradeur music. Now, hit them and kill them. I just wanted to post this cheat becuase I though it was cool and maybe you guys would like it. Be warned though, the Meradeurs are WAY stronger than the EDF.
