Play Challenge mode and get ALL weapons second form and mods. Does not apply to Clank Zapper, Gagetron Weapons, R.Y.N.O II or Zodiac. These can have their first forms.
Mega Weapons:
Buy from vendors in Challenge mode, after getting a weapon's second form.
Ultra Weapons:
Upgrade from Mega Weapons.
Rejected Commercials:
Get ALL weapons and modifications
Sketchbook:
When you have completed Challenge mode this feature will appear in the Cinematics menu.

To perform this glitch go to Slim Cognito's Ship Shack space station and try to buy something you can't afford. When the 'You Can't Afford It' message appears on screen hit X and quickly go to the item right next to it and buy it. When you do this you will get the item you couldn't afford.
Get the indicated number of Skill points and then visit Slim's to have the corresponding paint job done.
