You need four bars of m-power and a full set of x-genes and a suit of the same character. Quicksilver for example. Then press LB while playing and thats how you trigger x-mode. If you had all quicksilver x-genes and quicksilver suit and press LB, every thing will slow down, even quicksilver, except you.
