I always get submitted. I can never get out. I click the A or Y button OVER AND OVER and I can never get out. It pisses me off so much I already broke my controller... I NEED HELP!!!

Try rotating the analog sticks when your being submitted.
Spin the right analog stick clockwise and it'll work. This is how you also get the "wax-on, wax-off" achievement if you escape 25 times.
Don't just press A and Y, press all 4 face buttons to do brute force escape or do tutorial.
