Hit the target in the middle of the pinball level to launch a little man with a ticking time bomb. Let him jump on your car, then race up the pivoting ramps into the shielded clown face. Do this three times. Then you have to do a gauntlet type race. Then you have to fly a helicopter. Such a lame last level.

Opposite the shielded clown face, down at the other end of that same floor: there is a target with red and white circles inside each other. Hit it, a cannon will rise from the floor and shoot a flaming clown. Mow down, jump over the chainsaw dudes and let the clown holding a sparking bomb over his head mount your hood. Now you gotta drive towards the shielded clown face and you'll see two ramps turning in circles. You have to wait for the ramps to turn towards the face, nos and slam bomber clown into face. You have to time it BEFORE bomber-clown goes off, and the angle of the ramp is good enough to hit shield square in the face, literally.
