After you complete the campaign (maybe on Hard difficulty) your supposed to unlock the Expert difficulty. You then have to start a new campaign (not a new game) and set your difficulty for Expert. That's how it should be anyways.

Get the dlc and make new campaign I'm got but same q to me no expert mode select in my game nchracters playstation looted my money and gave broken one reinstalling it
