After your airstrike fails, how do you destroy the arms warehouse? I've tried everything, but nothing works. So were do you get the c4 from

You should equip yourself with C4 before you start the mission, if you can't then keep looking.
To destroy the warehouse, your airstrike will fail. To get the C4, go into you're grenades with the right button on the D-Pad, after that, press and hold the Left D-Pad button,as if to reload a gun or something, press the X button, let go of the Left button, walk up the ramp leading to the warehouse, and press the R-Trigger to set the C4. Press and hold the Left button, press the triangle button and go into the detonator. RUN LIKE HELL, AND DETONATE THE CHARGE! Congrats!, you successfully completed the mission, hooray!
