What do have to do to get your Skills to max out at 100%. I am capped at 80% with over 200000 XP points to use. Help?

The only thing I've notice is to purchase items in the pro shop to increase it.. I was capped at 80% but now I'm at 90....
You'll need to unlock all equipment to get the prototype suits and clubs, that'll get your attributes up to 100... Even then you'll need XP to push it all to 100, since the prototype suits give you a boost of 15 and the clubs 10.... Hope this helps
