Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I'm trying to get 1000 bounty in all nine holds. I've gone to the major cities in the holds and have not been given the trophy for the achievement. Am I missing something or am I suppose to go elsewhere?

You either haven't obtained a bounty of atleast 100 in all holds or have to wait. To be sure just go to each hold again and kill one person. Or go to the menu and look at your Crime Stats to make sure you have a 1000 bouny in each hold.
