In Arrius Cavern the first room has a locked door and a immovable rock. How do I find the key or move that rock?

I don't think I have been there yet but my best bet is that the rock is only moveable from the otherside and the door's key is either on an enemy, dead body, in a chest, or you need to get an NPC to unlock via a quest.
