Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition
I need to find some one who can recharge my weapons, since I don't have what is needed to use soul gems. Where might I find a person to help me?

Visit the Imperial city and find people who sell soul gems. Don't buy the empty ones though unless you have a soul trap weapon that can fill them for you.

Visit one of the mages guilds, normally one of the merchants there can recharge items. Also you can just buy soul gems that are already filled. I suggest you learn soul trap, it's a conjuration spell or just enchant/buy a weapon with soul trap on it. Save alot of money
