The weakest PARALYZE spell you can get is called "debilitate" and can be purchased from Ita Rienus (female imperial bravil's mages guild) and you will need to be at least a journeyman(50+) in illusion to cast it. As far as scrolls are concerned , they seem to appear randomly as loot either in chests or on fallen enemies (necromancers and conjurers carry a lot of scrolls) ...

Sorry, but there's no infinte dorian money cheat for PS3, they fixed the bug.
