Appearing Monster on Difficulty Setting?

Okay, so I har played the game on easiest difficulty and messed up alot. So I made a new game and made the difficulty a bit higher than the default and I noticed there were completely different creatures I could fight. Ex: Minotaur lords, unicorns, and then wraiths. Also there were some in the oblivion realms.

My question is, Does anyone know what creatures show up and at what difficulty settings?

Lower level creatures (Wolves, mud crabs, etc) show up in the lower quarter of the difficulty bar. Medium creatures (Minotaurs, spriggans, etc) show up in the Middle. High level creatures (Trolls, dremora, etc) show up in the third half of the bar. The highest part of the bar has all three mixed together and the highest level NPC's and creatures.
