Mystic Artes

How do I perform both Single and Duel Mystic Artes?
Do I just need the Arcane Arte? Do I need a skill?

When Ludgers afinity level reaches 9 with a character, he/she will get a skill called 'special X'. Activate this skill and In Overdrive, hit R2 when use a link arte. Jude can perform a dual mystic arte when he and prime Millia (breach dimension Millia can't perform Mystic art) reach level 70 and set the special x skill. It's activated when they both linked and hit R2 after perform a link art in overdrive.
