I was told in another cheat that a I could use the cheat code venomsky in the cheat menu to unlock everything but I don't know where the cheat menu is. I pressed the start button and checked there but it's not there.

It depends on the console you have, I can't find it on ps3, I think it's on pc that there is a cheat code box but I'm not sure
There isn't a cheat menu. You cannot enter cheats in Spider-Man 3.
If you keep tapping R1 on PS3 version, it builds up his anger (if you have the black suit on)
