You can find the Black Spiderman Suit in the mission where you fight the Sandman. That is when you can obtain the suit, but it on order to actually unlock the Black suit, you will have to do something else. In order to unlock the Black Spiderman suit you will have to play through the game, and beat the Venom mission. Just beat that level and then play through the game again until you get to the Sandman mission, then you can get the suit. Hope this helps.
You beat the entire game. You'll unlock the black suit to wear halfway through the game, but if you want to redo the whole story in the black suit you'll have to beat the first storyline in the regular suit.
