How do you get out of the diner?

You go in the kitchen and when you walk by grill it should say he smells gas. When you go turn it off it will explode. Then you go to the fire alarm and water shoots out but, it also takes you to the other world
If your talking about after the otherworld, you have to go through the door in the kitchen, go to the basement and go to the left and break the chains off the gate and find the wire. Then you head back where a cutscene occurs where you have to fight your first monster. After you beat the monster head down the hall and use the wire to activate the elevator and then your out of the diner.
