Getting vehicles:
In the saints row district fight the cops and steal each of the three vehicles as your notoriety increases storing each of them.
When you get to the last ultor mission and stop the limo get in it, and quickly exit the mission and store it.
The ultor attack trooper can be obtained a couple ways. In the last mission or by playing the ultor corp mission after fighting it out in the church dont go to dexes car play round with the attack helicopter it sometimes lands in a four way junction.
