Go to the mall where you go to kill the general and head to the store Let's Pretend, they are in there when you look for shoes except they are called boats or something that has to do with fishing. You can choose the checker design if you want to.

Go to the store "Lets Pretend" in the mall, you'll find the mall during the final quest for the Sons of Samedi storyline where you kill the general.
