The song must be locked. To unlock it you have to start a solo tour and complete the bonus tour. To do the bonus tour just go on solo tour and scroll to the the bottom of the list of songs, and it should say bonus tour. Complete the tour and all the songs should be unlocked. Unlocked songs have blue dots by them.
