Ok. On Xbox 360, you can use the guitar from Guitar Hero 3 as a extra controler for Rock Band. I was wondering if anyone knew when Playstation was coming out with a update to make this option available on for Playstation 3. Since I already own Guitar Hero 3, it just be easier to do this than go out and buy a extra guitar controller.

As far as I kno you don't need an update I have asked this question in a shop and they gave me a leaflet sayin all guitar hero controles are compatible with rockband on the ps3 but the rockband guitars are not compatible with guitar hero... Hope this answers your question..
