Hi, OK after you go outside and the swarm comes after you out there run back in the building and run to the upper door as the swarm comes through the vents, Hope this helps,

Run backwards to shoot it, shooting it slows it down. Turn then sprint. Do it often. Don't be afraid to use your 'nades. You'll be safe as soon as you're in the elevator, well for the moment...
