At the end of the game when ratchet & clank are at the great clock, instead of having clank run to the orvis chamber step on the teleporter at the begining of the level and you can transport to different areas of the great clock. When you go in to each area step in to the tubes where you learned from orvis and in each one will be a new time puzzle that will give you a golden bolt on completion.

There are puzzles in the areas where there were cutscenes. When you find them, it will be quite obvious. Good luck with the puzzles, some of them are a pain.
