Question for Prototype 2

Can anyone pls help me in prototype 2? I'm stuck at mission operation flytrap where I am suppose to consume a commander to gain access in to the facility gentek well heres my problem or glitch I don't know which 1 is it. After consuming the commander I want to enter the facility but heres the problem after I use the commander to use his hand authorization to open the door it goes to a loading screen and it will just remain black it doesnt load finish at all I bought protoype 2 from other shops but I still get stuck at the very same place I will explain again after consuming the commander I want to enter the facility open it but it goes to loading screen which is black and they have some writings like how to lay the game bla bla bla but it will not move pls help

I also have the same problem well similar what happens after I kill the last monster it says do a claw pounce on the blackwatch trooper so I do that but then whats sopossed to happen is shields are meant to pop up on the other blackwatch troopers but it doesnt please some 1 help me
