sewer water pit with wrecked train car

Need help there is a stage on ninja gaiden 2 where you are in N.Y. And you are in the sewers where you have to run across the walls and shut down the fans with an arrow after you swing on the bar through the steel grate and fall into this sewer channel with deep water two train cars wrecked one in a tunnel and one floating in the water there is a ledge above to walk on how do you get to that ledge the room is square with a giant whole above

Iv I rember right your at the place were you need to miti-wallrun, just wallrun off the 1st wall then jump and you should arto-wallrun off the 2nd wall,
