Unlocking all the weapons

Well I have completed the game, when I started the game again all the weapons were gone, but I have seen trailers that ryu has all the weapons in the chapter1. So how can I unlock all the weapons for my normal and hard difficulty.

You can't keep the wepons the only thing you can keep is yor coustumes the wepons you saw in the trailer are showing in the mission part.
