How can you get the bugatii and the F1 with out paying for it on the playstation store?

Iam not sure if my answer will be correct because I don't yet have psn but as far as I no you can't unless the games for the pc

You have to update your ps3 to 1.10 and complete the game.

I just bought it (bugatti & F1) and my ps3 is updated to 2.20, will that mean I have to downgrade??

Just buy the coke zero booster pack. As far as I know you just click on the bugatti after downloading the pack and buy using ms points
(For XBOX 360)
Idk of any other method for any other format
