How do I add my sponsors stickers

Don't understand how to put them on after a sponsor sponsors me

When offered a sponser go to paint booth edit career car and add layer scroll to sponsers and add

It dont say "sponsers" on the add layer thing

Go to layers and add a new one. Hit Ll1 until the sponsor list comes up
