Right when you see your opponent set up a held jutsu, for example Chidori, start up your character's held jutsu if they have one. As Chidori is come close to you, start up your's, and the jutsu's should clash.

There are some jutsus that can clash when uses at the same time here is a list:
Naruto's rasengan
Sasuke's chidori
Jiraiya's rasengan
Kakashi's lightning blade
Guy's dynamic entry
Kiba's fang over fang
Neji's 8 trigrams palm rotation
Tsunades's extreme deadly blow
Choji's human boulder
Nine tailed naruto's vermillion rasengan
Cursed mark sasuke's chidori lament
Now you know!!

There is no EASY way to clash jutsu with a computer.when you see him/her doing a ninjustsu,(example:naruto's rasengan and sasuke's chidori)just use your ninjutsu.not ALL jutsu can clash.the guy above gives a pretty good explanation.
