It's nearby the ramen bar look on the map it's the green circle closest to the red ramen bowl

Sparx Storm

Look at the Ramen shop, go right towards the main road, take a left and continue up until the next right in the road and take it and go straight, the general store is to the right side of the road. Hope I helped.
